You may make your reservation here or during the registration process.
Hotels in 2025 filled up quickly, so do not wait to make your reservation.
Discounted rates are available the night of Saturday, February 28, through the morning of Friday, March 6. Rates and available nights may vary based on hotel and availability.
Government room rates are available to uniformed service members and other government-employed Congress attendees at the prevailing government per diem for Houston. Reservations can be made online. Please note that hotels require valid identification to confirm eligibility for the government rate at check-in. Acceptable forms of ID include federal, state, or local government employee photo ID. A driver’s license alone does not qualify as proof of government employment. Guests unable to provide appropriate identification may be charged the standard room rate at check-in.
To receive a refund (minus a processing fee), cancellations must be submitted online by 11:59 p.m. Central time on Feb. 11, 2026. Note: Refunds can only be issued to the original form of payment. We are unable to provide a credit toward future programs.
No refunds will be issued after Feb. 11, 2026.
Please note: While you may downgrade your registration tier (e.g., from a higher-priced to a lower-priced option) after Feb. 11, 2026, no refund will be issued for the price difference.
If you wish to cancel individual items—reception, breakfast, Convocation gowning fee or Guest Pass—but not your main Congress registration, a full refund for those items (with no processing fee) is available if canceled online by 11:59 p.m. Central time on Feb. 11, 2026. The fee will be assessed for boot camps. No refunds will be issued for these items after the deadline.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen medical issues may occur after the cancellation deadline. In such cases, please include appropriate documentation with your cancellation request. This will allow us to review your situation and determine any eligibility for a refund.
