Patricia (Pat) Golden Webb, a board-level leader in health care, presently serves as the Interim CEO for the National Association of Health Services (NAHSE). She was formerly senior executive vice president and chief administrative officer (CAO) at CommonSpirit Health. In addition to the strategic and operational responsibility of the role, Pat was instrumental to the successful merger and integration creating CommonSpirit Health – a 33B+ national System. She previously served as executive vice president and chief administrative officer/chief HR officer for Catholic Health Initiatives. During this tenure, Webb led the dual functions of administration and human resources, which encompassed the company's entire operations. Additional areas under her direction also included the company's foundation, marketing, communications as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Webb previously served as a c-suite senior executive at UMass Memorial Health Care and Boston Medical Center, respectively, where she addressed similar challenges bringing two different health systems together into a single entity. Webb has an exemplary history in governance and executive leadership, serving on several corporate and volunteer boards, including Telecare Corporation, The Leverage Network, and the March of Dimes of Atlanta. She is a founding member of ELEVATE and serves as vice chair. Webb is the former board chair for Centura Health, a regional healthcare system serving Colorado and Kansas. She also previously served as board chair for the CHI Foundation and board member for the Mercy One Health System, which served Iowa. Webb formerly served as national president of the National Association of Health Services Executives.
