    Learn from top national organizations about how leaders can impact health equity through forward-thinking and proactive leadership dedicated to reducing disparities and driving meaningful improvements in health outcomes. In addition to sharing current initiatives, ACHE, AUPHA, IFDHE, NAHSE, NALHE will discuss how leaders can:

    • Adopt new approaches that drive results.
    • Access national efforts that can help leaders chart their own paths to transformation.
    • Identify and leverage new skills and capabilities required for success.
    • Explore leadership development opportunities to support an intergenerational workforce.

    In essence, leading toward health equity is both a practical framework and a call to action. Leadership requires a dedication to achieving tangible, measurable progress toward a healthcare system where every person, regardless of their background and capabilities, has equitable access to the care and resources needed to thrive.

    • Identify the skills needed to facilitate collaboration among diverse stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations and policymakers, to drive collective action towards health equity.
    • Understand current best practices from national organizations to impact change.
