Rob is the founder of an AI Simulation + Learning company called Bright, which was recently acquired by Zenarate. Zenarate is the world's largest AI simulation and coaching provider, supporting customers such as Bank of America, Aetna, Walgreens, Costco, and Amex. Prior to founding Bright Rob was Head of Global Learning Strategy at Marriott International where he oversaw learning for the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program, touching over 1M learners annually in over 100 countries + 12 languages. Rob was also previously a leader in Deloitte's Human Capital consulting practice. He earned his MBA as a McDonough Scholar from Georgetown University.
