    Improving the Experience of Care: A Pecha Kucha Panel (108X)

    Pecha Kucha is a style of presentation that honors short, powerful messages. Japanese for "chit-chat," this is a presentation style in which 20 slides auto-play for 20 seconds each, totaling 6 minutes and 40 seconds in total presentation time per presenter. This panel features six different leaders that began their careers outside healthcare. Each presenter will use their short time to convey their thoughts about improving the experience of care and lessons learned.

    Learning Objectives:

    • Summarize, share and disseminate best practices from other high-risk, high-performance industries in their own workplaces
    • Construct and facilitate a Pecha Kucha panel/workshop at their own facilities that will change the way they share and listen to stories as a vehicle for improvement.
