Todd Norwood is board certified clinical specialist in orthopeadic and sports physical therapy and the Senior Director of Clinical Services at Omada Health where he played a pivotal role in establishing the first nationwide network of telehealth physical therapists and contributed to patents in computer vision and machine learning. He led Omada for Joint and Muscle Health (formerly Physera) through a period of rapid expansion during the COVID-19 pandemic and spearheaded the initiative to become the first digital MSK provider to secure URAC’s telehealth accreditation, underscoring a dedication to clinical and technological excellence.
In addition to overseeing daily operations and quality improvement in telehealth physical therapy, he has also contributed to the field through teaching, presentations, and research. He has shared his expertise in telehealth through teaching for the American Physical Therapy Association’s Telehealth Certificate Series and presenting at numerous national conferences, including the North American Spine Society and the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine. Todd has co-authored four peer reviewed papers related to telehealth physical therapy.
