Ruth has over 25 years of management experience in healthcare and the non-profit sector. She joined Inspira Health as System Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, in December 2023, where she manages joint ventures, leads the process improvement team, and serves as executive sponsor for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Prior to joining Inspira, Ruth held the position of Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at RWJBarnabas Health’s Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, where she had oversight responsibility for all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee and labor relations, talent management, compensation and benefits, and workforce planning.
Ruth serves on the Advisory Board of the Rutgers Institute for Women in Leadership and on the Board of Trustees of Matheny Medical and Educational Center and Ronald McDonald House of Central & Northern New Jersey. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is immediate past Regent for the NJ-Northern Region.
Ruth received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology and economics from Brown University, and her Master of Public Administration with a concentration in health policy and management from New York University.
