As Chief Human Resources Officer, Sabrina Granville is an integral member of the Tufts Medicine senior executive team and oversees all Human Resources functions. She is responsible for developing Tufts Medicine’s culture of positive engagement and Human Resources strategy with its more than 13,000 employees and physician, overseeing talent management and development, HR systems and service delivery, total rewards, diversity, equity and inclusion, HR policies and programs and the integration of human resources practices across a growing system.
Ms. Granville brings a wealth of experience in healthcare human resources to her role. She came to Tufts Medicine through Circle Health-Lowell General Hospital, as their Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer where she led all strategic human resources initiatives including, best in class employee engagement, introduction of award-winning wellness programs as well as improved HRIS integration and performance management. Under her leadership, Circle Health-Lowell General Hospital was recognized as a Best Place to Work and Healthiest Employer by the Boston Business Journal.
Throughout her career, Sabrina Granville has led Human Resources system integration efforts for several Boston based health systems including BI/Deaconess (formerly known as CareGroup) and Caritas Christi Health Care (now known as Steward Health). This work encompassed all aspects of multiple-site Human Resource integration including culture, compliance, talent acquisition and retention, benefits management and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
As a member of the senior team, Ms. Granville has served on various community boards including Moore Center Board of Trustees, Human Resources Committee Chair and Executive Team member for the American Heart Walk. She is an active member of the Boys and Girls Club Special Event Committee and Girls, Inc. She is a member of several professional organizations, including, the Society for Human Resource Management and the New England Human Resources Association. Ms. Granville earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with Minors in Psychology and Economics from Gordon College and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts.
