Amineh Kostov is a healthcare administrator with over 17 years of experience across hospitals, clinics, and physician practices. Her diverse background includes roles in both academic and community settings, as well as safety net and non-profit environments. She has expertise in finance, operations, and managing physician relationships, most recently in a dual medical school environment.
Currently, Amineh serves as the Vice President, System Service Lines at Harris Health. In this role, she spearheads the service line structure, development, and operations, collaborating closely with both functional and medical leadership to align tactics with strategic goals across the system.
Amineh holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Texas A&M University, and has a Master of Hospital Administration and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston- Clear Lake. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), and holds a Case Management Administrator Certification (CMAC) from the National Board for Case Management, as well as a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) designation from the Healthcare Financial Management Association. She is a member of the 2024-2025 America's Essentials Hospitals Fellows Program.
