Jessica Marchione is an accomplished and dedicated Executive Director of Nursing with 20 years of experience across diverse pediatric clinical settings. She holds a Master’s in Nursing from the University of South Florida and is board certificatied in pediatric critical care and as a nurse executive.
Since joining Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in 2008, Jessica has held pivotal roles as Executive Nursing Director for several major institutes, including the Cancer and Blood Disorders Institute and the Hough Family Institute for Brain Protection Sciences (IBPS). In addition, she oversees acute care services and workforce management, enhancing both clinical and operational efficiencies. Her leadership is characterized by a commitment to patient-centered care, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance. Jessica collaborates closely with senior leadership and medical staff to align departmental goals with broader hospital objectives, fostering a supportive, engaged, and high-performing team culture.
