NAHSE
Lisa is a servant leader focused on expanding the reach and impact of NAHSE, formed for the purpose of promoting the advancement and development of Black health care leaders and elevating the quality of health care services rendered to minority and underserved communities.
Lisa was formerly CEO of the District of Columbia Building Industry Association, where she led the real estate development trade association to reaching its highest membership and engagement levels since its inception. Lisa previously led the DC Department of Employment Services, was Senior Vice President at ICF International and prior SVP at the Fannie Mae Foundation and served as Chief of Staff to Vice President Al Gore’s National Performance Review. Lisa obtained a BS in Business and Technology, MBA in International Business/Marketing and PhD in Leadership. Lisa has completed numerous senior leadership programs at Harvard University and is a Master Coach of Leaders.
Lisa is a member of Leadership Greater Washington (Class of 2007), ACHE, the National Association of Latino Healthcare Executives, and serves on the board of Goodwill of Greater Washington, Goodwill Excel Charter School, the DC Hospital Association and Leadership Greater Washington.
