If you recently registered for Congress, please allow up to 60 minutes for your registration to process. You will receive an email from “ACHE Congress Connect” with your platform username and temporary password.

Personalize Your Congress Experience
We want you to have the best Congress experience possible, here are a few tips to get you started:
1. Complete Your Attendee Profile
Let us help personalize your Congress schedule by completing your attendee profile. Based on the answers to five short questions, you will receive a list of recommended connections.
2. Schedule Your Education Sessions
Select sessions from the live session agenda or the on-demand content library that best fit your professional development goals and/or address your organization’s needs.
Remember: Attendees will receive 1.0 ACHE Face-to-Face Education credit for participating during the initial broadcast time of a live session that qualifies for Face-to-Face credit (see each session description for details). Attendees can self-report 1.0 ACHE Qualified Education credit if viewing the recording of the session after the initial broadcast.
3. Network With Your Peers
Choose from dozens of 30-minute networking sessions throughout Congress, specially designed around position responsibilities, organization-type and areas of expertise or interest.
We also encourage you to visit the Chapter Chat rooms, or connect directly with other Congress participants to share ideas and solutions throughout the week. Please check that your notifications are on, so that other attendees can connect with you.

Continuing Education Information
Congress on Healthcare Leadership offers up to 12 ACHE Face-to-Face Education credits for eligible sessions. ACHE Face-to-Face Education credits are awarded for virtual face-to-face programs based on individual session participation.
Attendees will receive 1 ACHE Face-to-Face Education credit for participating during the initial broadcast time of a live session that qualifies for Face-to-Face credit (see each session description for details). ACHE Face-to-Face Education credits are based on the duration of your participation in qualifying live sessions. You must attend the entire live session to receive credit. To receive the 12 ACHE Face-to-Face Education credits, you will need to fully participate in 12 qualifying live sessions. ACHE Face-to-Face Education credits will be automatically uploaded to your My ACHE account by April 27. Attendees can self-report 1 ACHE Qualified Education credit if viewing the recording of the session after the initial broadcast.
Congress on Healthcare Leadership offers on-demand sessions that are eligible for self-reported ACHE Qualified Education credit.
In support of improving patient care, the American College of Healthcare Executives is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), and the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
Congress on Healthcare Leadership was planned by and for the healthcare team, and learners will receive up to 12 Interprofessional Continuing Education (IPCE) credits for learning and change.
Physician Continuing Medical Education
The American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) designates this live activity for a maximum of 12 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Continuing Nursing Education
The American College of Healthcare Executives designates this live activity for a maximum of 12 contact hours of continuing nursing education.
Continuing Pharmacy Education
The American College of Healthcare Executives designates this knowledge-based activity for a maximum of 12 contact hours of continuing pharmacy education credit.
Physician Assistant Continuing Education
The American College of Healthcare Executives has been authorized by the American Academy of PAs (AAPA) to award AAPA Category 1 CME credit for activities planned in accordance with AAPA CME criteria. This activity is designated for 12 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. Approval is valid until 12/31/2021. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation.
We are a registered sponsor of professional continuing education with The National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards. The Congress on Healthcare Leadership has been approved for NAB credit through December 2021.
This activity meets the criteria of the Certification Board for Professionals in Patient Safety for up to 12.0 CPPS CE hours.
Claiming Continuing Education Credit
ACHE Face-to-Face Education credits will automatically be uploaded to your My ACHE account.
ACHE Qualified Education credit can be self-reported in your My ACHE account. Please select “My Education” under the Helpful Links menu.
Continuing education credit for physicians, nurses, pharmacists and physician assistants must be claimed by Friday, April 30. Click here to claim continuing education credit.
NAB and NASBA credit can be claimed through our electronic claim form.

If you registered on March 10th or later, please allow at least 1-hour after registering for your welcome email to be sent.
We encourage you to log into the virtual event platform early to ensure you do not encounter any issues.
If you are connected through a VPN, we suggest logging out of the VPN before accessing the platform.
If you are accessing the virtual platform from your organization’s network, we recommend that you work with your IT department for them to allow access to virtual platform web address. The virtual platform is accessible at https://achecongress2021.org/.

Your name, title and organization are linked to your My ACHE account. If you need to update your information, please log into your My ACHE account to update your information. Please allow approximately 1-hour for your updated information in the virtual Congress event platform.
Due to the character limitation for credentials in the virtual platform, only advanced doctorate degrees and FACHE® credentials will pull from your My ACHE account to the virtual platform.
If you are unable to locate your welcome email with your username and temporary password, please check your junk/spam folder first for an email from ACHE Congress Connect. If you are unable to locate the email, please contact our Customer Service Center at email@example.com to have your log-in information resent.
If you have your username, we recommend using the “Forgot Password” link to change your password.
