Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund or credit toward another ACHE educational event minus a processing fee, please provide a written cancellation to contact@ache.org no later than April 4, 2022 entitles you to a refund or a credit toward another ACHE educational event. A $50 processing fee for Member/Fellow and Nonmember registration and $25 processing fee for HEN Program Director and Student Associates will be charged for all cancellations. After April 4, all refunds/credits are forfeited.
