Trish Anen is a principal in SullivanCotter’s Chicago office. With more than 30 years of combined clinical, executive and consulting experience, she has a deep understanding of the evolving healthcare marketplace and helps organizations implement enhanced models of care and optimize provider team performance. Ms. Anen is a recognized expert on optimizing the APP role and has spoken on this topic at many national conferences. She has published several articles, including “The Evolution of the New Provider Team: Driving Cultural Change Through Data” for Nursing Administration Quarterly. She has a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from the University of Illinois College of Nursing. Prior to joining SullivanCotter, she was vice president, advisory services, for the Illinois Health and Hospital Association; chief clinical officer for the Metropolitan Chicago Healthcare Council; COO/CNO for Edward Hospital; and chief clinical officer for Rush-Copley Medical Center.
