Stephanie S. McCutcheon is CEO of the Health Employer Exchange. She is an innovative healthcare leader with over 30 years’ experience, having served as CEO at the regional and multistate levels and as COO for regions across a multistate system. Her previous roles include: president/CEO of Hospital Sisters Health System, serving Illinois and Wisconsin; COO for Bon Secours Health System, Marriottsville, Md., developing regional integrated delivery systems across nine states; president of SSM Health Care Saint Louis, a regional integrated delivery system serving Missouri and Illinois; and others. She is highly skilled in architecting replicable and scalable strategies that achieve organizational transformation in multibillion-dollar organizations. Ms. McCutcheon is known for her adaptive strategies and leadership models, devising financial and capital raise plans, leading complex turnaround initiatives, and repositioning organizations to achieve improved performance, greater reach and better standards of care. She is board certified in healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow.
