Mina Noohi Mirshafiee graduated from the University of California, Irvine, in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in public health policy and a minor in educational studies. In 2018, she graduated from the Boston University School of Public Health with a Master of Public Health degree in healthcare management. Following her graduate program, she served as the administrative fellow at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles from 2018 to 2019. She currently works at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles as an organizational effectiveness consultant in a unique role that bridges the Department of Human Resources and the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. In OE, she leads engagement for the enterprise for both staff and faculty. In DEI, she programmatically supports the office in the development of speaker series, training plans and employee resource groups.
