Michele Molden is a vice president within Optum Advisory Services, serving as a leader with the Optum Center for Applied Innovation. She was previously a senior consulting leader with the Advisory Board Company. Ms. Molden partners with clients in comprehensive and focused consulting engagements. She assists health systems, as well as employed and independent physician enterprises, in achieving financial and operational sustainability. Ms. Molden earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in microbiology from Miami University and her Master of Business Administration degree in marketing from Kennesaw State University, Michael J. Coles College of Business. She is board certified in healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow.
