Mike Eaton is a senior vice president for BVK Health, based in Milwaukee. For the past ten years, he has worked with BVK Health clients on care delivery transformation, building clinically integrated networks and redesigning operating systems to deliver high-value care.

Critical to the success of these efforts, Eaton has worked to align strategy, operations and philanthropy around a distinctive and compelling vision for population health and care delivery. He has worked with Hill Country Memorial as counsel to the CEO and chief strategy and development officer since 2018.

Prior to his consulting work with BVK Health, Eaton was a senior vice president for Healthways, working to execute population health strategies in partnership with large health systems across the country. He is a former senior executive with Aurora Health Care, and served as executive director of Aurora Family Service. In that role, he was responsible for developing a compelling vision and case statements for the enterprise.

Eaton has successfully brought two startup digital healthcare companies to market, serves on numerous boards, published his first book in 2020 and is a frequent speaker on matters of healthcare strategy.
