Marlon Wardlow serves as senior vice president of equity and inclusion for Parkview Health in Fort Wayne, Ind. He provides systemwide oversight and leadership with a focus on strategic development and implementation of equity and inclusion standards, programs and systems in order to achieve desired business and clinical objectives and outcomes. Mr. Wardlow is responsible for executing inclusion strategies that advance the diversity management capability of Parkview Health, a leading employer and healthcare provider within the region. He is active in his local community and sits on the boards of directors for several local nonprofit organizations, including Turnstone, Fort Wayne United, Boys and Girls Clubs of Fort Wayne, and the Fort Wayne Urban League, where he currently serves as board chair.

Mr. Wardlow is a proud husband and father of three boys. He holds a Master in Health Services Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in biopsychology and the cognitive sciences from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He also holds many certifications. Mr. Wardlow is board certified in healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow.
