Mark Clement



Mark C. Clement is president/CEO of TriHealth. He joined TriHealth as president in May 2015 and took on the larger role of president/CEO in January 2016. TriHealth is a $2.1 billion integrated healthcare delivery system made up of six hospitals and more than 140 ambulatory/outpatient sites of care. Mr. Clement also holds the position of CEO at five of TriHealth’s six hospitals: Good Samaritan Hospital, Bethesda North Hospital, TriHealth Evendale Surgical Hospital, Bethesda Butler Hospital and McCullough-Hyde Memorial Hospital, which all serve the tristate region of Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky. With a focus on population health and improving the health status of those it serves, TriHealth is an award-winning health system frequently recognized by industry organizations.

Mr. Clement joined TriHealth from Rochester (N.Y.) General Health System, where he served as president/CEO and president of Rochester General Hospital. In Rochester, he was responsible for transforming RGHS from a two-hospital, $600 million locally focused organization into a $1.9 billion five-hospital, regionally integrated health delivery system serving more than 1 million residents of central and western New York. A native of Cincinnati, where he earned his undergraduate degree and a master’s degree in hospital administration from Xavier University, Mr. Clement was honored to return to his hometown to lead TriHealth.
