Kendall Jennings

Administrative Fellow

Children’s Hospital Orange County

Kendall Jennings graduated with her Master of Public Health degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham in May 2020. She earned her Master of Science in Health Administration degree after completing her fellowship at Children’s Hospital of Orange County in June 2021. Her road to healthcare administration is a bit unconventional, as she previously was a long-time patient being treated for a congenital hip condition. She aspires to be a healthcare administrator because of the role’s overt demonstration of servant leadership. Ms. Jennings seeks to serve as a pillar of hope and innovation for her community while celebrating patient and family resilience and grace. She finds immense joy in creating positive work environments that promote collaboration and empowerment. She hopes to merge her love for dynamic analysis, cultural appreciation and interpersonal relationships in her career as a healthcare administrator.
