
Kaleb J. Behanna

Kaleb Behanna is the current administrative fellow at the VA Ann Arbor Healthcare System, where he serves under the purview of the medical center director. Originally from Pittsburgh, Mr. Behanna received his bachelor’s degree in health policy and administration from the Pennsylvania State University, before continuing on to earn his master’s degree in health policy and management from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health. Prior to joining the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, he completed cross-functional residencies within academic medical centers, corporate healthcare settings and integrated long-term care networks. In 2018, Mr. Behanna left the U.S. to fulfill humanitarian relief needs in Ukraine. Since joining VAAAHS, he has served as the data manager for vaccine programs, project manager for COVID-19 vaccine operations and is now detailed as the healthcare system’s administrative officer for ambulatory care.
