James Wetrich, LFACHE

James G. Wetrich is CEO of The Wetrich Group of Companies. He has worked in the healthcare industry for nearly 40 years and has deep knowledge of the supply chain, including work at Providence Health and Services. He played an instrumental role in the development of the University HealthSystem Consortium and has consulted with more than 100 organizations. Mr. Wetrich has worked in senior positions at Abbott Laboratories and Molnlycke Health Care. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Southern California, a Master of Health Administration degree from Tulane University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Emory University. Mr. Wetrich has served on numerous boards and advisory boards for nonprofit and for-profit corporations. He is an adjunct instructor at Texas Wesleyan University, where he teaches the “Principles of Marketing” course. He received a certificate in executive and professional coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas, and he now coaches senior hospital and healthcare executives. He is board certified in healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow.
