James Gregory (Greg) Jolissaint joined Trinity Health in 2017, where he serves as vice president for the Military and Veterans Health Program. His responsibilities include creating a culturally competent workforce that provides timely, patient-centered care to military service members, veterans and their family members. Trinity Health is headquartered in Livonia, Mich. The faith-based healthcare system has 92 member hospitals located in 22 states across the country. Dr. Jolissaint is primarily co-located with Trinity Health’s Holy Cross Health Care System in Silver Spring, Md. He continues to enjoy a professionally rewarding leadership career that has included 28 years of active military service in the U.S. Army, more than four years’ service as a clinical defense contractor with General Dynamics Information Technology and almost three years of successive clinical leadership positions in the Veterans Health Administration. Dr. Jolissaint is board-certified in family medicine. He also serves on a variety of national and community boards and commissions.
