Jack Schlosser is founder/principal of Desert Vista Advisors. He provides executive coaching and advisory support to individual leaders, management teams and organizations. Mr. Schlosser is an executive and leadership coach certified by the Hudson Institute of Coaching in Santa Barbara, Calif. His experience includes more than three decades as a partner with international executive search and leadership consulting firms (most recently Spencer Stuart). During his executive search career, he conducted more than 400 executive search assignments for clients, including healthcare providers, physician organizations, academic medical centers, payers, associations and professional services firms.

At Spencer Stuart, Mr. Schlosser served as the Healthcare Services Practice leader and managed the firm’s Los Angeles office. His early career included serving in a variety of senior hospital and system leadership positions with healthcare providers. Mr. Schlosser is a former ACHE Regent and served as chair of the ACHE Consultants Forum. He holds a Master of Public Health degree from UCLA and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from United States International University, Cal Western campus. He is board certified in healthcare management as an ACHE Life Fellow.
