Haroula Protopapadakis Norden, FACHE

Haroula Protopapadakis Norden is associate administrator at Memorial Regional Hospital, part of Memorial Healthcare System. She was born and raised in south Florida and attended Nova Southeastern University, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in healthcare. She began her career in healthcare at Memorial Regional Hospital and over the years has held a variety of roles, including manager of patient financial services, director of business development and assistant administrator. In her current role, she oversees the operations of several support departments and the Memorial Neuroscience Institute.

Ms. Norden was the 2020 president of the ACHE of South Florida chapter, and she currently serves on the board as immediate past president. She received the 2016 Up & Comer Award in the healthcare category from South Florida Business & Wealth Magazine and the 2019 40 Under 40 Award from the South Florida Business Journal. In 2020, Ms. Norden was an honoree for the March of Dimes’ Women of Distinction Award. She is board certified in healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow.
