Efton Hall is a senior vice president at Berkeley Search Consultants. As practice leader, he manages client engagements for mid-to-senior level executive searches in hospitals, health systems and public health. He initially joined the firm in 1992. After establishing a successful healthcare executive search practice, he was recruited back into the healthcare industry in 2001. Mr. Hall spent the next several years as a hospital administrator before returning to the firm in 2008. The time back in the field allowed him to enrich his industry knowledge, which now benefits his clients. Mr. Hall earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and his master’s degree in public health from the University of California, Berkeley. He previously served as a board member for the California Association of Healthcare Leaders, where he chaired the Career Development and Transition Committee. As a result of his service to the industry, Mr. Hall received the ACHE Service Award and the Senior Level Executive Regent’s Award.
