Drew Weilage is an organizational development consultant for NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, where he leads the creation of a talent and organization development function for the enterprise’s medical group. He has led teams in administrative roles across patient access, community health and enterprise technology implementation functions for integrated delivery systems, including Centura Health and Sarasota Memorial Health Care System. Prior to joining NYP, Mr. Weilage worked with healthcare start-ups, physician groups and healthcare delivery systems as a strategy implementation and organization design consultant. He holds a Master of Health Administration degree from The Ohio State University.
