Dawn Moore serves as vice president/chief pharmacy officer at Community Health Network. She is responsible for the strategic direction and overall practice of the pharmacy enterprise, leading with a passion for driving quality and safety in patient care and value added services. Previously, Dr. Moore served in the same role at Indiana University Health for six of the 12 years she was employed at the organization. She also served as assistant director of pharmacy at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics for six years.

Dr. Moore is a graduate of Florida A&M University, where she received her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree, and the University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics, where she completed a pharmacy administration residency and the master’s degree program. She is president-elect of the Indiana Pharmacists Association and a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists. She serves on the boards of the Indiana Coalition for Patient Safety and Martin Center Sickle Cell Initiative. Dr. Moore is board certified in healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow.
