Darren Rankine is partner, accounts, for Transparent. He helps companies navigate the complex data and technology landscape to engage with their customers. Over the past five years, Mr. Rankine has helped large corporations drive one-to-one marketing and personalize customer engagements by combining data, technology and marketing strategies. For many years he held IT leadership positions in data warehousing and business intelligence. He architected and led the McDonald’s Global Business Intelligence platform and then went on to lead customer relationship management and loyalty globally for McDonald’s Digital. Mr. Rankine then became vice president of client services at Plexure, a New Zealand-based customer data platform. While there, he helped the organization’s clients transform how they engaged with customers leveraging the Plexure platform.
