Vice President, Professional and Leadership Development
Canadian College of Health Leaders
Brenda Lammi has been at the Canadian College of Health Leaders since 2013. In that time, she and her team have expanded the number of programs and partner organizations representing the uptake of LEADS Canada and CCHL leadership development programs to all provinces in Canada. Ms. Lammi has increased the number of strategic alliances for the Certified Health Executive credentialing program (the only health leadership designation in Canada for all health professionals) from 12 to 27 university programs and from four to 16 employer partnerships. She also led the overhaul of the CHE program that has since set registration records. Ms. Lammi held a cross-departmental associate faculty appointment at McMaster University’s DeGroote School of Business and School of Rehabilitation Science in its Master of Health Management program. She began her career in healthcare as an occupational therapist in an acute care regional health center followed by providing pediatric occupational therapy in rural community care.
