Bill Orrell is a healthcare executive with over 20 years of clinical, healthcare operations and consulting experience. He leads the Care Transformation service line within the Healthcare Performance Practice at Berkeley Research Group. In this role, he works with a team of physicians and nurses to assist healthcare organizations through rapid change management processes that improve patient care outcomes, quality and financial performance. His areas of expertise include perioperative services optimization, ED redesign, nursing quality metrics, patient care transitions and improving patient length of stay. Mr. Orrell holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Master of Science degree in nursing from the University of Alabama.
