Amy Noecker is a principal and the APP Workforce Practice leader at SullivanCotter. With more than 25 years of professional experience in healthcare management, communications and consulting, she specializes in advanced practice provider compensation programs, alignment to team-based care approaches, and the optimization of clinical provider teams within the care delivery system to broaden access, deliver quality outcomes and manage costs. Ms. Noecker is a recognized expert on APP compensation and optimizing the role of the APP, and she has spoken on these topics at many national conferences. She holds a master’s degree in education from Ohio University and a bachelor’s degree in history from Denison University in Ohio. Prior to joining SullivanCotter, she was the managing director of the American Academy of Physician Assistants’ Center for Healthcare Leadership and Management.
