Victoria A. Clarke is an administrative fellow at Cleveland Clinic. Born and raised in New York, she is a first-generation college graduate, receiving her master’s degree from Yale University and bachelor’s degree from Vassar College. Previously, Ms. Clarke worked as an emergency medical technician throughout New York’s Hudson Valley region, where she gained experience in EMS leadership, management and education. In addition, she has experience working with local and state health departments, most recently assisting the Connecticut Department of Public Health with the safe reopening of colleges and universities amid the COVID-19 pandemic. She completed her administrative residency at Cleveland Clinic in 2021, working within the Emergency Services Institute on various patient experience and clinical operations initiatives. Ms. Clarke is passionate about mentoring the next generation of healthcare leaders and giving back to the communities that shaped her into who she is today.
