Tracy Duberman, PhD, FACHE

With a background combining operations experience in all health industry sectors, three decades of leadership coaching and consulting, and innovative research on executive and physician leadership effectiveness, Tracy Duberman founded The Leadership Development Group. TLD Group’s vision is to create a more interconnected and equitable health ecosystem by developing leaders who are collaborative change agents. Dr. Duberman is a published author of From Competition to Collaboration: How Leaders Cultivate Partnerships to Drive Value and Transform Health, a nationally recognized speaker, and a sought-after leadership coach. Before founding TLD Group, she led the healthcare practice at a leading boutique executive coaching firm and was a senior consultant with Hay Group (now Korn Ferry). Earlier in her career, Dr. Duberman held executive positions in a variety of leading organizations, including Oxford Health Plans, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Dr. Duberman earned her doctorate in public health policy and management from New York University, her Master of Public Health degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Rochester. She serves on the board of the Physician Coaching Institute, is a fellow of the Harvard McClean’s Institute of Coaching and is a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and the American College of Physician Executives. She is board certified in healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow.
