Taylor White is group senior vice president for Vizient. He leads external market strategies to enable growth and help support an exceptional member experience. His specific areas of responsibility include marketing and strategic communications, business and corporate strategy, and corporate development. Prior to this, Mr. White led Vizient corporate strategy and development, which encompassed enterprise partnerships, merger and acquisition transactions and the company’s strategic planning process. He also oversaw implementation of strategic initiatives, including the successful integration of Vizient following the merger of University Health System Consortium, VHA Inc. and Novation in 2015 and the acquisition of MedAssets’ SCM and Sg2 businesses in 2016. Mr. White joined VHA in 2000 and held several leadership roles related to strategy and business development. Under his direction, the VHA Supply Networks business grew to include more than 70% of VHA members with over $8 billion in total member spend. He also evolved the company’s solution management function, driving efficiency and effectiveness internally and externally. Mr. White earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Texas A&M University and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Trinity University in San Antonio.
