Rod Brace, PhD
Rod Brace is a founding partner of Relia Advisors LLC, Houston, which provides expertise in high reliability organizational models, organizational model and culture assessment and design, leadership development, and governance board assessments and strategies, including governance and management interventions. Dr. Brace most recently retired as regional president/chief learning officer for the Memorial Hermann Health System, Houston. He served 30 years in operational positions, including chief regional operations officer and hospital CEO/COO, in nonprofit and investor-owned health systems. Dr. Brace is an executive coach, national speaker, author and faculty member at both The University of Alabama at Birmingham and ACHE. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a doctorate in management, with a research emphasis in employee engagement, organizational cultures and leadership.
