Richard Greenhill, DHA, FACHE, CPHQ
Richard G. Greenhill is recognized internationally for his expertise in healthcare quality. He draws from 30 years of experience working in all facets of the care delivery continuum. Dr. Greenhill holds several industry and board certifications in quality, healthcare management, Six Sigma and project management that highlight his commitment to excellence and lifelong learning. Currently, he serves as assistant director for graduate certificates and assistant professor at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. His educational accolades include holding a doctorate in health administration from Central Michigan University, a Master of Science degree in data science from Texas Tech University, a Master of Science degree in health administration and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Dr. Greenhill is deputy editor of the International Journal for Quality in Healthcare Communications, and in July 2022 he was named an International Society for Quality in Healthcare expert. He serves as ACHE faculty for quality strategy and is a subject matter expert for hospital resilience and disaster preparedness at the World Health Organization.
