Natalie Lamberton, FACHE, CLHP
Natalie D. Lamberton is CEO for Denver Springs, a behavioral health hospital with three off-site outpatient clinics. Previously, she has served in C-suite-level executive leadership roles for organizations including Talas Harbor Healthcare, New Health Services Pain Treatment Centers, Jackson North Medical Center, Regency Hospital of Fort Worth, Presbyterian Health System and Haxtun Hospital District. Ms. Lamberton was honored as one of “South Florida’s Most Powerful and Influential Black Professionals in Business” for 2016. She received the 2013 ACHE Distinguished Service Award and the 2009 ACHE Regent’s Early Careerist Award. She is a long-standing faculty member at ACHE’s annual Congress on Healthcare Leadership and has co-authored two editions of The Emerging Healthcare Leader: A Field Guide, published by ACHE’s Health Administration Press. Ms. Lamberton graduated from the University of New Mexico cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in molecular biology and U.S. history. While there, she ran track and field on a full-ride Division I scholarship for the Lobos. She holds a master’s degree in business and health administration and was awarded the distinguished University of Colorado Hoffman-Binger Graduate Presidential Scholarship. She is a certified Lean healthcare professional. Ms. Lamberton is board certified in healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow.
