Natalie A. Caine, FACHE
Natalie Caine is chief administrative officer for Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn. In her prior assignments, she was the associate administrator for the Department of Medicine, supported the Department of Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine, Critical Care IMP and Community Division of Critical Care, and provided administrative oversight of Mayo Clinic Rochester’s nurse practitioners, physician assistants and hospitalists. Ms. Caine joined Mayo Clinic as an administrative fellow in 2005. She was promoted to an operations manager in the Department of Internal Medicine in 2007 and was promoted to an operations administrator in 2010, supporting several divisions in internal medicine. Ms. Caine holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Missouri State University and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from the University of Missouri–Columbia. She completed her administrative internship at Yale New Haven Health System in New Haven, Conn. Ms. Caine serves as the executive sponsor for the ACHE Southern Minnesota Local Program Council. She lives in Rochester, Minn., with her husband, Matt, and two sons. Ms. Caine is board certified in healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow.
