Myra Norton

Arena Analytics

Myra Norton joined Arena Analytics in 2012 after a rich career in data and analytics. In 2021, she became its CEO and president. Previously, she was CEO of Community Analytics, an analyst at Northrop Grumman, a senior administrator in the College of Science and Technology at Temple University, and a professor in mathematics and statistics at Towson University and the U.S. Naval Academy. Ms. Norton has been a speaker and facilitator at several industry events, and she has collaborated with researchers from Harvard University, Babson College, the University of Virginia, the National Institutes of Health, the University of Maryland and the University of Chicago. In her community, Ms. Norton serves on the Maryland Governor’s Workforce Development Board; as a member of the Innovation, Development and Entrepreneurship Advisory Board, which champions innovation and entrepreneurship across Johns Hopkins University; and as the immediate past chair and member of the Executive Committee of the board of directors for TEDCO. Ms. Norton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in math education from the University of Alabama and a Master of Arts degree in mathematics and a Master of Science degree in statistics from Temple University.
