Mimi Hall is vice president, public health innovation, at Manifest MedEx. She is an executive leader in public health, healthcare administration and government who has dedicated her professional career to improving population health. Ms. Hall has deep expertise in public health, extensive relationships with key county, state and association partners, and an understanding of public programs, systems and funding. She has served as a local public health director in California in Sierra, Plumas, Yolo and Santa Cruz counties since 2005. In addition to her role as an adviser to the Consortium for State and Regional Interoperability, she also has held leadership roles in the County Health Executives Association of California and served on the board of the Santa Cruz Health Information Exchange. Ms. Hall earned her master’s degree in public health from the University of Hawaii, Manoa.
