Logan Rife, PhD
Logan Rife is director, talent development, Mandel Global Leadership and Learning Institute, Cleveland Clinic. He joined Cleveland Clinic in January 2018. In his current role, Dr. Rife leads enterprisewide succession planning and development for critical executive and physician leader positions. He leads Cleveland Clinic’s strategy for talent assessment and organization development research. He also serves as an internal executive coach and a leadership and team consultant. Dr. Rife joined Cleveland Clinic after completing a postdoctoral fellowship with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs’ National Center for Organization Development. He also has experience working as a leadership development and organizational consultant for boutique consulting firms. Dr. Rife received his doctorate in counseling psychology from the University of Akron, where he specialized in organizational psychology. As part of his graduate training, he had a variety of experiences in clinical settings, where he provided individual and group psychotherapy as well as psychological assessment for both inpatient and outpatient populations. Dr. Rife currently lives in Brecksville, Ohio, with his 2-year-old son, Rocco, and his wife, Ali. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, traveling and cheering on the Browns. More recently, he has had the privilege of serving on the board for the St. Vincent DePaul Society of Cleveland, a local human services and welfare organization.
