Laura Taylor is a clinical associate professor of family medicine at Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California and medical director of Keck Medicine’s Gender-Affirming Care Program. Dr. Taylor advocates for ensuring that transgender and gender diverse patients have access to patient-centered and educationally focused care that allows them to make the best decisions for their own health. Her clinical practice focuses on hormone management, sexual health and gynecologic care for patients of all genders and ages. As part-time faculty, Dr. Taylor regularly lectures and teaches medical students, residents and other learners about LGBTQ+ health. She completed her medical degree at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine and her residency at UPMC St. Margaret Hospital.
