Kristine Groves, RN, CPHQ

Kristi Groves currently serves as the executive director, Veterans Health Administration, Office of Quality Management. The OQM supports ongoing assessment and improvement of healthcare outcomes through evidence-based practices, accreditation, data analytics, continuous improvement and hiring the right clinicians needed to care for veterans. Prior to her roles in the VHA, Ms. Groves worked in Europe and Asia in both nursing and clinical leadership positions. She currently serves as a senior Baldrige examiner and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality.
