Jeanne Landry serves as vice president, human resources, for Emory Healthcare’s Physician Group Practices. In this role, Ms. Landry provides strategic direction for HR strategies and initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, employee relations, employee engagement, leader development and change management. As a member of the EHC HR executive team, she contributes to Emory Healthcare’s HR people strategies, which support and drive excellence, create fair and equitable practices, and position Emory Healthcare as a great place to work, learn and grow. Prior to 2012, as the executive director of HR, Ms. Landry led the compensation and benefits program management, employee relations and HR operations for Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Health System, an affiliate system of Trinity Healthcare. Following the merger of Saint Joseph’s Hospital with Emory Healthcare, she led the integration and divestiture efforts to merge all HR functions into Emory Healthcare, and she leads the divestiture and integrations of parts of the organizations at this time. Ms. Landry has a Bachelor of Science degree in management with a concentration in human resources from Louisiana State University and is certified as a compensation professional and strategic HR business partner.
