Jami Craig, FACHE, PMP, CPHIMS
Jami Craig is the strategic partnerships director for Nuance Communications, a Microsoft company, and adjunct healthcare management faculty at the University of Denver. She works with technology companies and provider organizations to find collaboration opportunities that improve provider and patient experiences, while taking into consideration dynamic reimbursement models. Ms. Craig is a strategist with a refined ability to tackle complex use cases and leverage technology to meet organizational objectives. She is an Influential communicator who can build relationships with all levels of clients, staff and stakeholders to gain buy-in around bold ideas and collective wins. Ms. Craig has spent most of her career working for provider organizations to lead teams, develop innovative care delivery models, manage technology planning and acquire physicians. Most recently, she has used her provider experience to develop outside-the-box partnerships for Nuance. Ms. Craig is an analytical and inventive leader with 15-plus years of experience in consulting, healthcare management and consultative business development roles. She is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems and a Project Management Professional. She has been awarded the Future Female Healthcare Leader Award from the Colorado Women’s Forum on Healthcare Administration and the Leland Kaiser Transformational Leadership Award from the University of Colorado at Denver. Ms. Craig holds a Master of Business Administration degree in healthcare administration from the University of Colorado at Denver. She is board certified in healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow.
