Jake Poore
Jake Poore is a culture change engineer and patient experience expert. He has been one of the highest rated ACHE faculty members for the past 10 years. Attendees love his workshops because they are filled with proven, pragmatic, how-to blueprints with practical examples brought to life by Mr. Poore’s exceptional storytelling. He is president and chief experience officer of Integrated Loyalty Systems, and for the past 19 years, he and his team have been on a mission to humanize healthcare. A former Disney leader, Mr. Poore helped launch many new businesses, including the world-renowned corporate training center The Disney Institute.
