Emily Sheboy Scarcello is clinical operations administrator for Boston Children’s Health Physicians. In this role, she has led BCHP’s primary care offices through patient-centered medical home and specialty offices through patient-centered specialty practice; worked collaboratively to develop BCHP’s integrated behavioral health program and BCHP’s access and patient experience measurement processes; and works with members of operations, finance, human resources and administration to further BCHP’s goals. Ms. Scarcello earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from CUNY City College and a master’s degree in public health from New York Medical College. She is board certified in healthcare management as an ACHE Fellow.
