Dawn Zieger is vice president of behavioral health at Geisinger Health. In this role, she is responsible for the operations of a full continuum of behavioral health services, including addiction medicine outpatient and residential services. Ms. Zieger has a passion for integration and transformation, leading multi-organizational initiatives to bring needed behavioral healthcare to patients across the continuum. She has a diverse background serving in healthcare, payer and technology-based environments. Prior to her role at Geisinger, Ms. Zieger led transformation programs at JPS Health Network as the executive director of community and director of ambulatory behavioral health. In addition to her professional pursuits in healthcare, Ms. Zieger is a proud Army veteran with experience working with Patriot Missile systems. She graduated with a master’s degree in public health from Dartmouth College in 2019 and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Dallas Baptist University. Her passion is developing people and programs and leading teams through change while serving the needs of the community.
